WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY COURIER?
Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our customers in a timely and safe manner.
Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions, whether in-person or by phone.
Use Insomnia’s delivery app to ensure compliance with company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
Own a bike in working order
Have a smartphone with a data plan
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older
