RBT positions available throughout Chester County, PA school districts
A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis.
The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support
The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA
To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations:
School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year
General school hours approximately: 7:30am - 2:30pm (secondary) or 8:30am - 3:30pm (elementary)
Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB
Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Safety Care Training (De-escalation, and Escorts & Restraints)
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
HS Diploma or equivalency
National certification as an RBT - active
Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training under Edition Task List 2 who need onsite competency by a BCBA
Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs - preferred

PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
PA Department of Education FBI
TB Screening - current within 3 months
Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcript
