Flexible mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Dedicated beds for long-term EEG monitoring Support from colleagues across the region during program expansion Target staffing of 3–4 full-time pediatric neurologists Shared regional call coverage with efforts to minimize call burden EEG interpretation opportunities (routine and LTM) Teaching available through an affiliated pediatric residency Participation in clinical research through institutional collaborations Subspecialty interests such as epilepsy, headache, or neurocritical care welcome Leadership opportunity available for qualified candidates J-1 visa sponsorship available About Pensacola
