Lead daily culinary production, including preparation and production of meals, quality and presentation, safety and sanitation compliance, team productivity and performance, cost controls, and profitability Perform general management duties including systems management, budget and forecasting, report generation, department management, and meeting participation Visually inspect and select quality food and beverage products Create and implement new menus and individual items Monitor and develop team member performance, provide supervision and professional development, conduct counseling and assist with evaluations, schedule work, and provide recognition Recruit, interview, and train team members What are we looking for? / Qualifications

1-2 years of Chef de Cuisine experience Background in fine dining Experience managing unionized team members Classification:
