Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We are seeking several Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems Create and maintain data collection systems Provide in-class support and staff training Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans Qualifications: BCBA certification (BACB) Licensed through MA DESE Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation Strong collaboration and communication skills Precision Human Resource Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
