After School Part-Time Behavior Therapist (RBT)
to join our team in Hampton and the surrounding areas. This is a part-time position with long-term growth potential. Because of the meaningful nature of the work, we are looking for team members committed to building a career in the field—seasonal or short-term applicants will not be considered. Why Join ABA Squad?

This is an after-school position, with a fixed schedule Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Variety of Settings:
Work may take place in our clinic, client homes, or schools, offering diverse learning experiences. Key Responsibilities
Deliver ABA therapy services under the direct supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and skill-acquisition programs Prepare and organize therapy materials Collect accurate and timely behavioral data to monitor client progress Collaborate with parents and caregivers to model strategies and provide support Ensure documentation and session notes meet clinical and insurance standards Attend staff meetings, trainings, and participate in ongoing professional development Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Certification: Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Not certified yet? ABA Squad provides paid training and support to help you earn your RBT credential before your first client session
Transportation:
Valid driver's license and auto insurance (required) Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Passion for helping children and families Compensation & Benefits for Part-Time RBTs
Competitive Pay:
$22.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and certification RBT Certification Assistance:
We cover the cost and provide full support for the RBT credentialing process Ongoing Professional Development:
