CTC Group is seeking
Russian Operational Language Analysts (OLA) , levels 1-4, to translate, analyze, and interpret language materials, including communications and documents, in support of intelligence operations. Responsibilities The Operational Language Analyst performs tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT Operations. Analyze and interpret language materials to identify relevant intelligence information. Recover essential elements of information. Render translations and/or transcripts based on straightforward, factual written and/or spoken material. Translate and/or transcribe complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material. Gist complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material. Perform quality control review of translations and transcripts of complex and sophisticated written and spoken material. Provide cultural and contextual insights to enhance understanding of translated materials. Support operations with language expertise, ensuring accurate and meaningful translations. Prepare detailed reports and briefings based on translated materials and linguistic analysis. Contribute to the development of intelligence assessments and operational planning. Work closely with intelligence analysts, field operatives, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support mission objectives. Provide language and cultural training to team members as needed. Requirements Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. ILR skill level validation documented within two years prior to resume submission. One year of experience typing on an English keyboard. Level 1 Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Two years of full-time cryptologic language processing experience in the required language, with at least one year translating, transcribing, or gisting. ILR Skill Level 2 in Audio Translation and/or Translation from the required language into American English. Level 2 Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent, or additional two years of related work experience. Four years of full-time cryptologic language processing experience, with at least two years translating, transcribing, or gisting. ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio Translation and/or Translation from the required language into American English. Level 3 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or additional four years of related experience. Ten years of cryptologic language processing experience, with at least six in the required language and six in cryptologic operations. ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio Translation and/or Translation from the required language into American English. Level 4 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or additional four years of related experience. Fifteen years of cryptologic language processing experience, with at least eight in the required language and cryptologic operations. ILR Skill Level 3 in both Audio and Text Translation Performance. Pay Information The salary range is estimated between $60,000 and $175,000, influenced by various factors including location, experience, and education.
