A growing manufacturing company is seeking a seasoned finance and accounting leader to oversee all core financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting, who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building scalable processes in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities
Manage all accounting functions, including payroll, payables/receivables, and cash flow. Lead month-end close and prepare GAAP-compliant financials. Oversee inventory and cost tracking across brands and business units. Build and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and pricing models. Partner with operations on job costing and margin analysis. Deliver insights to leadership and support capital planning. Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance. Manage banking relationships and covenant reporting. Lead and mentor a small finance team. Requirements
10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including cost accounting in a manufacturing setting. Experience in multi-channel consumer products. Strong modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis skills. Leadership experience with small, high-performing teams. Proficiency in ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite. CPA preferred. Process-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
