Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong analytical, compliance, and reporting skills. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of Indian accounting standards, financial planning, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Experience with MIS reporting, statutory audits, and handling accounting systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets.

Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, SEBI, and ROC regulations.

Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for audit processes and query resolution.

Taxation & Audit Monitor TDS, GST, corporate tax returns, and related filings.

Manage tax audits and draft notices/objections as required.

Liaise with consultants on export benefits, tax rebates, and licensing matters.

MIS & Management Reporting Prepare various MIS reports for management and directors.

Analyze transaction flows and identify potential risk areas.

Support decision-making with structured data analysis and reports.

Oversee bookkeeping for clients across domains (retail, gym, school, franchise, etc.).

Manage accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

Setup and manage accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, POS, Expensify).

Team Management & Implementation Supervise finance team operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Contribute to implementation of financial systems and business requirement documents.

Draft SOPs, wireframes, and process workflows for new software/tools.

Preferred Candidate:

CA with 5+ years of post-qualification experience

Experience in mid-sized to large organizations or consulting firms

Prior team lead or managerial experience in finance/accounting domain

Requirements

Strong hands-on knowledge of Indian GAAP , Taxation, and Regulatory compliance

Experience in MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and audit

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in accounting tools and ERP platforms
