Experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry is REQUIRED Excellent interpersonal skills Self-starter and time management skills Strong customer service skills Professional attitude, appearance and work ethic Must have flexible schedule availability as weekends are REQUIRED for this position Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required Apart ment Leasing Manager Benefits
