This position is responsible for developing, evaluating, and refining educational programs and providing technical provider trainings with oversight from the DFSM Training Manager. This position collaborates with subject matter experts to create engaging instructional materials. Remote work policy: State-wide remote work is possible where appropriate; location should be in Arizona unless an exception is authorized. Job Duties
Assist Training Manager in the development of training resources for Fee for Service Providers (FFS) and develop manuals and training materials. Under the direction of the Training Manager, conduct provider trainings related to submission of claims, prior authorizations, and documentation uploads using AHCCCS provider platforms; requires continuous learning and effective communication throughout the training process. Ensure training materials are current and coordinated for trainings conducted by this position and the Training Manager. Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms, surveys, and outcomes reporting for trainings conducted. Travel to FFS providers in remote areas to conduct trainings. Knowledge Of

Know when to handle a training issue and when to elevate it Build effective working relationships internally and externally Demonstrate cultural sensitivities with multiple cultures Manage multiple projects and timelines Work in Virtual Office or Telecommute or both Selective Preference
Minimum : One year experience training adult learners as a full-time trainer responsible for instruction and group/facilitation. Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Adult Education, Communication, Organization Development, Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field. Advanced computer skills and familiarity with PMMIS and the Fee For Service Program. Pre-Employment Requirements
