As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will partner with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We serve over nine million clients. Client Service:

Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management:

Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support:

Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes with updating SOPs and execute the branch business plan. Technology:

Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software. Company Description
