Overview

This is a role with Humani HR, a boutique Human Resources consulting firm that partners with executives of small and medium-sized businesses. We act as our client’s fractional HR Partner to support People Operations needs, including policy & handbook development, HR software implementation, performance management, compensation strategy, training & development, talent strategy, day-to-day employee relations, HR operations and more. The company is based in Tampa, FL, with a hybrid work model and travel as needed. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Location: Tampa, FL What You Will Do

Day-to-day HR support:

Support HR Business Partners across multiple clients with onboarding, offboarding, general HR administration, employee relations and investigations, health and safety program management, and other HR disciplines. Compliance Support:

Ensure HR processes align with local employment laws and compliance standards for each jurisdiction; create and implement policies, handbooks, and Health and Safety programs; support HR Audits. Recruitment Support:

Manage client recruitment efforts alongside the HRBP, including drafting job outlines, reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating client interviews, reference checks, drafting offer letters, and candidate sourcing. Software Management:

Review and manage client HR software updates; spearhead HRIS implementation where necessary; manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other software used to support clients. Project Support:

Support a variety of client HR programs with HRBPs, including performance management process design, compensation plan analysis, KPI reporting, and project tracking as needed. On-site HR Support:

Provide on-site support as required, including attending team meetings, workplace investigations, inspections, and related activities. Who You Are

A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing HR support role. A minimum of 1 year of full-cycle, high-volume (4-6 requisitions at any given time) experience. A degree or diploma in HR or a related field. Professional HR designation (CHRP) is an asset. HR Compliance:

Well-versed in relevant employment legislation and regulations (Health and Safety, Pay Equity, Accessibility Act, Workers’ Compensation, etc.). Time Management:

Self-motivated and flexible to meet client needs and project deadlines. Data Analysis:

Ability to analyze data, documents, and reports with meticulous attention to detail. Attention to Detail:

Deliverables are client-ready (documents, presentations, reports). A true passion for HR:

Keeping up-to-date with trends and future evolution of HR. Problem Solving:

Ability to work through problems with limited information and take next steps. Organizational Skills:

Strong organization and efficiency in solving client problems and implementing solutions. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Interact with employees at various levels and provide professional customer service. Technology and HR Software:

Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and payroll software. Project Management:

Base salary $70,000-$85,000 with potential to earn 10-25+% of base salary through an annual performance-based bonus (Total compensation up to $77,000-$106,250+). 4 weeks paid vacation, plus 5 wellness days annually.
