We are hiring a Restaurant Manager at our PDQ restaurant at this location. As a PDQ Manager, guest hospitality is top of mind — ensuring guests are taken care of quickly, efficiently, and in a manner that encourages returns. We are seeking magnetic managers who enjoy being part of a team and taking care of people while adhering to all PDQ policies and procedures. Provide direction, training, and the skill to ensure that Guests’ expectations are exceeded. Ensure Team Members are treated fairly and with respect; maintain a positive, inclusive work environment. Oversee Front of the House and Heart of the House operations. Maintain focus on quality to meet or exceed PDQ standards. Responsible for product ordering and receiving. Schedule and run efficient shifts of Team Members. Read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements. Operate the business in accordance with strict PDQ standards. Cultivate a diverse culture where Team Members are safe, secure, and free from harassment. Coach and develop Team Members, recognizing and rewarding performance and effort. Qualifications
2+ years in roles such as shift manager or assistant restaurant manager (AM) in quick service restaurants. Passion for Guest service and providing a great Team Member experience. Excellent people and Guest service skills. Fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen. Experience managing both Front and Heart of the House operations. Benefits
