We are seeking candidates with recruitment experience in Consumer, Med Tech, Chemicals & Packaging, Industrial Technology, or relevant industries. What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining long-term partnerships. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored recruitment solutions. Provide strategic insights on talent acquisition, market trends, and workforce planning. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and managing expectations effectively. Recruitment Delivery

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent. Develop and maintain a network of high-calibre candidates through proactive sourcing strategies. Align recruitment processes with client requirements, budgets, and timelines. Conduct candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to clients. Business Development

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and win new business. Conduct market research to spot trends, emerging industries, and potential clients. Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches, proposals, and presentations. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies for client acquisition. Operational Excellence

Track and report on revenue, placements, and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate pipelines, and recruitment progress. What We’re Looking For

At least five years of recruitment experience. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions. Strong business development skills with a track record of securing new clients. Excellent communication, advisory, and presentation abilities. Commercial acumen and consistent achievement of revenue targets. Experience in Consumer, Med Tech, Chemicals & Packaging, Industrial Technology, or relevant industries. Why Join Us
