position. Key Responsibilities : Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development. Provide strategic input on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Identify training and development needs, and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to deliver programs. Support talent acquisition by aligning recruitment strategies with workforce requirements. Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Champion employee engagement initiatives, diversity & inclusion programs, and cultural development. Advise managers on succession planning and career development pathways. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures. Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and business growth. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification such as SHRM/PHR preferred). 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role. Strong understanding of HR practices across employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and compliance. Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision-making. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
