We are partnered with a financial services company in Manhattan seeking a Temporary Human Resources Associate to support key HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business area managers and employees to provide HR-related services and guidance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks.
Support staffing and recruitment efforts, including job description updates and hiring processes.
Provide performance management support, including coaching, career development, and promotion nominations.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, data entry, and coordination of department events.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2+ years of HR experience in a corporate setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
