What We’re Looking For We seek a full-time Payroll/Accounts Receivable Administrator passionate about supporting employees and serving customers. Processing bi-weekly payroll for over 90 employees, verifying hours for salaried and hourly staff. Understanding overtime rules, payroll deductions, adjustments, manual checks, bonuses, and managing PTO. Entering weekly payroll data into EPS and third-party systems (ADP). Managing payroll records with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Leading and communicating effectively regarding payroll and benefit changes, including employee requests. Providing onboarding training for new hires and resolving complex payroll issues. Developing workflows to streamline payroll processes organization-wide. Setting up EPS projects within SAGE 100 software. Collaborating with Project Managers for project setup, billing, and closeout. Ensuring accurate and timely billing, providing monthly statements. Generating weekly and monthly project reports for billing and collections. Adhering to EPS’s philosophy, processes, values, and safety standards. What You’ll Need to Be Successful Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively. Basic understanding of payroll, accounts receivable, and the technical trade industry. Experience in payroll and accounts receivable, adaptable to changing needs. Comfort with advanced technology and software (ADP, SAGE 100, Arcoro, Employee Navigator). Excellent communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with keen attention to detail. Qualifications That Set You Apart Experience with ADP payroll and SAGE 100 Contractor software. Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data management. 2-3 years of accounting or payroll experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
