Luxury Bath NJPA, the Northeast’s go-to for one-day bathroom remodels, factory-certified installs, and award-winning service, is looking for a full-cycle recruiter who can carry the full arc: job creation → sourcing → screening → offers → onboarding. What You’ll Do
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the company (sales, operations, field, admin, etc.) Draft and post job requisitions in ATS/boards Review applications, screen candidates (phone / video / in person) Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Prepare, draft, present, and send offer letters / negotiate terms Lead onboarding activities for new hires (paperwork, orientation, first days) Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, build pipelines, and improve processes What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (end-to-end) Proficiency with applicant tracking systems / job boards Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously Someone who’s proactive, organized, thoughtful — not reactive Bonus: experience hiring in construction, trades, or service industries What You’ll Get Here
