Clinica Family Health
As our HR Generalist, you will serve in a non-managerial leadership role overseeing a variety of HR functions, employee relations, leaves of absence, and policy guidance. You will be a resource for team leaders and staff, providing a consultative approach regarding policies, processes, and practices. You will lead project opportunities within our HR team, focusing on process improvements, training sessions, and problem-solving.
You will join an experienced, passionate, and collaborative human resources team that is blending from a recent merger, helping to fully integrate our organization’s culture, values, and community. The role involves working in a hybrid environment with some days in the office and occasional travel to Clinica Family Health & Wellness clinics and facilities in Boulder, Broomfield, and Adams counties.
Job Profile:
Foundation of human resources practices, policy administration, and employee relations?
Experience with HRIS systems, entering information and processing employee-related processes?
Passion for solving employee-related challenges?
Experience in building a team and fostering an employee community?
What We Need:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or comparable experience (preferred).
Two (2+) years of human resources experience.
Two (2+) years of experience with HR programs, including benefits and compensation.
Two (2+) years of experience with leaves of absence, including FMLA, FAMLI, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation.
One (1+) year of experience with HRIS systems; we use UKG.
