Job Summary:
The Producer/Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business and managing existing client revenue retention and growth based upon assigned book of prospects and clients. Duties/Responsibilities: Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources. Manage overall client relationship to drive client satisfaction and organic growth Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis Demonstrate technical knowledge in the employee benefits Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their workforce demographics, organizational goals, and benefits priorities. Manage overall client relationship; Drive consistent and predictable profitability, client satisfaction and organic growth. Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate our solutions effectively. Provide advice and strategic thinking on design and customization of employee benefits packages based on the client needs Facilitate the open enrollment process, including communication strategies, deployment of enrollment tools and employee education. Work collaboratively with all internal teams and departments at Dimond Bros. Ensure accurate and timely policy documentation and administration in accordance to Dimond Bros. Standard Operating Procedures and Insurance Industry Standards Understand and communicate client objectives and needs to Benefit Account Executive teammates
Position Requirements
Position Requirements: Strong and/or developing understanding of employee benefits. Strong oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential Must be personable, highly motivated to grow personal success Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong visibility within the HR and benefits community. Ability to cold call to set appointments with potential clients Ability to source referrals through industry related events and networking Ability to work with minimal direction and in a team environment Excellent organization and follow-up skills. A consultative, positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospect, clients and associates. Excellent listening skills with strong customer focus. Must be goal-oriented. Ability to work with senior-level management and have a top-level executive presence.
