This role will lead the design, implementation, and management of the company’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and employee well-being initiatives. This role ensures that our rewards strategy aligns with business objectives, supports employee engagement, and maintains competitive market positioning. The Total Rewards Manager serves as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. About Us

Develop, implement, and manage total rewards programs, including base pay, incentive plans, equity programs, benefits, and recognition initiatives. Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs. Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide guidance on compensation decisions, pay structures, and reward strategy. Oversee job evaluation processes, salary structure design, and grading frameworks. Manage annual salary review and bonus processes, including communication to employees and leadership. Collaborate with benefits vendors and manage programs such as health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs. Monitor trends, provide analytics and reporting, and recommend improvements to optimize total rewards offerings. Support employee communication and education regarding total rewards programs. Lead special projects related to total rewards strategy, such as mergers/acquisitions, program rollouts, or new policy implementations. Requirements
A Few Things About You
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organization. Skills: Strong knowledge of compensation structures, incentive plans, equity programs, and benefits administration. Experience conducting market benchmarking and job evaluations. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in HRIS and reporting tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Experience with nationwide compensation and benefits programs. Experience managing change and leading initiatives across multiple teams. Ability to influence and advise senior leaders. Experience with Paylocity or similar HRMS preferred. Experience with Payfactors or similar compensation management platform preferred. Certifications: Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional); or other professional HR certification preferred. Our Offer
Competitive Salary: $120k-$135k annually, with consideration based on experience and location. Work location: Hybrid in Columbus, OH (2-3 days in-office per week).
