Manager, Recruitment & Retention JOB PURPOSE
The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment and enrollment management strategies to attract, enroll, retain, and graduate a diverse and talented student body across the college. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement an enrollment plan aligned with the college’s mission, vision, and strategy Collect, analyze, and present enrollment data Lead recruitment campaigns, coordinate open houses and other events Design and implement strategies to improve retention and graduation rates Collaborate with other departments to develop recruitment and retention initiatives Provide leadership to and development opportunities for college staff supporting recruitment, enrollment, and retention SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Participate in performance-related goal setting and achievement to meet personal and organizational goals and objectives. Attend and participate in training and other personal professional development activities. COMPETENCIES

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, health sciences, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/enrollment management, student success, admissions, or related areas. Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
