As a Branch Office Administrator, you will provide seamless support to clients, assist with client accounts, facilitate communication, and contribute to a positive client experience. Deliver exceptional personalized service
to ensure clients feel understood and informed Participate in annual business planning
to help develop strategies for the upcoming year Listen for client needs
that may indicate additional services are appropriate Drive marketing activities
such as planning and executing events

Position Details
Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal teams. Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Manage account openings, transfers, and other requests as directed by the financial advisor. Process transactions and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently as directed by the advisor. Manage scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and marketing support. Help streamline processes and contribute to the branch business plan. Technology:
Proficient computer skills with willingness to learn tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software.
