We are seeking an organized, resourceful Human Resources professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. An HR Generalist who can wear multiple hats, not only leading HR functions but also providing critical administrative support to help our organization run smoothly.
As our HR Generalist, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for a broad range of HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. In addition, you will assist leadership with administrative operations, internal communications and special projects.
Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding. Lead the annual employee review process, including coaching managers on evaluations, goal setting and compensation structures. Manage leave administration and employee data tracking. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration and open enrollment Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Serve as a trusted resource for employees, handling questions, concerns, and disciplinary actions with discretion and professionalism. Maintain well organized employee records. Support the Finance department with operational tasks and special projects. Qualifications
4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role Solid knowledge of HR best practices. Strong administrative and organizational skills High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and sound judgement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting needs. Seniority level
