Workday HRIS Analyst Location
Germantown, MD / Englewood, CO Duration
6 Months+ Responsibilities
Partner with HR, IT and Payroll to identify and resolve technical issues impacting HR data integrations and ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing of HR transactions and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee data, including auditing records and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, incorporating global aspects of the company. Provide day-to-day system monitoring and user support. Create, review and participate in functional testing for HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and maintenance; two major upgrades per year and weekly enhancements. Partner with HR areas (Training, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) regarding setup and configuration of HR modules and business processes. Partner with HR to create, edit and prepare reports and user-friendly dashboards. Design and facilitate HR system and business process training and documentation for super users and other HR system users. Create, maintain and monitor system security roles and functionality. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Information Systems, Information Technology or related fields preferred). 2+ years of HRIS experience. Prior experience with Workday (HCM, Benefits and Compensation). Qualifications
Experience with Workday implementation(s). Strong analytical skills and thought processes. Experience with data integrity analytics, reporting, and system control practices. Knowledge of overall Human Resources, Compensation and/or Benefits. Organizational mindset and ability to follow through on project goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team. Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives; strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Seniority level
