HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at a Payroll Management Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and human resources, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. This is a part-time position. Will consider high rate of pay for qualified candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to payroll processing
- Handle payroll inquiries from clients and employees
- Assist with new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee relations
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (Training will be provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
