Website approval pending with the New York Department of Financial Services. This position is for COAST ONE MORTGAGE, one of the Family of Companies of Newrez LLC. Responsibilities: Manage loan originator sales performance, motivation, scheduling, training, and policy/procedure administration. Ensure originations team presents loans at appropriate rates, amounts, and terms, complying with NewRez guidelines. Review sales pipeline daily/monthly to meet sales goals. Advise the Director and assist in resolving customer complaints. Train and develop loan originators in all aspects of loan origination and sales techniques. Collaborate with VP of Retail to achieve team/department goals. Maintain compliance with the NewRez Code of Conduct. Coordinate with Operations to facilitate production and sales flow. Recruit, interview, and select self-source loan originators. Stay informed on industry trends. Organize meetings, training sessions, and courses for the call center. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Four-year business or finance degree preferred. Proven extensive sales experience in retail mortgage industry. Washington State Supervisory Plan Supervise approximately 10 employees across multiple U.S. locations.
