Mindful Sprouts is currently hiring for BCBA jobs in Plantation, FL, offering a meaningful opportunity to work directly with children who have exceptionalities. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll deliver ABA therapy in various settings—including homes, schools, and community locations. In this role, you’ll conduct behavioral assessments, train caregivers, and develop individualized support plans. You will also coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavior plans, and educational strategies. As a supervisor, you’ll guide and support Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery. Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures. Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs, and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data. Train Registered Behavioral Technicians on the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs, data collection systems, and monitoring/reporting procedures. Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training sessions. Manage ongoing individual programs, oversee supervision, and conduct weekly meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians. Update client programs and materials as needed. Arrive punctually for appointments, meetings, and training sessions, and respond promptly to calls and emails. Maintain a professional demeanor, treating clients, colleagues, and others with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity. Meet regularly with the Clinical Director and report immediately on issues affecting client progress and satisfaction. Maintain records according to policies and procedures, and complete documentation timely and accurately. Manage a billable caseload and document billable hours in compliance with regulations. Participate in professional meetings or conferences for growth and development. Align with the mission, vision, and values of Mindful Sprouts. Requirements:

Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred. Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with ASD or related diagnoses. Strong knowledge of behavior-analytic therapies. Experience in staff training and supervision. Excellent writing and communication skills, highly organized, and able to multitask. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Successful passing of a criminal background screening.
