Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time or Part-Time

We are seeking passionate, qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement tailored behavior plans based on data analysis
Supervise paraprofessionals and staff
Provide parent training and support
Collaborate with team members to achieve best outcomes for clients
Requirements:
BCBA Certification and/or NYS LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) License
Experience working with individuals with autism and knowledge of evidence-based practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is a bonus (not required)
