Should have good Communication skills
Should hail from a Technical background, preferably a Techie converted to MiM
Should have at least 10+ years of experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MiM working with major clients.
Willing to take ownership and lead the team (other MiM team) in US time zones and be the POC of MiM.
Good at setting up processes and norms for the team if required.
A self-driven resource.
Comfortable with Word, Excel, and PPT.
