Lear has been operating in Serbia since 2016, offering a wide range of products and demonstrating strong expertise in electrical distribution and global comfort systems. With our 2 main sites in Novi Sad (E-systems) and Indjija (global comfort systems) we are employing more than 4500 diverse and talented team members.
Position overview: Preparing data for payroll processing, preparing documentation for relevant institutions and state authorities, controlling data in HRIS.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitors changes and provides information on all relevant to payroll calculation and other employee compensations
Prepares payroll projections and payroll calculations for employees
Prepares payroll and attendance data and ensures accuracy of payroll inputs
Conducts regular and ad hoc payroll calculation, employee compensations and reporting
Ensures proper communication and timely submission of payroll data for financial month-end closing
Prepares documentation and implements procedures for payroll reimbursements, employee compensations and tax returns
Reviews and controls payroll data (sick leave over 30 days, bonuses and benefits)
Actively participates in audits and provides information for the HR department related to payroll
Prepares reports and other required documentation related to payroll reimbursements and employee benefits for submission to state institutions
Supports employees by providing information and documentation related to payroll
Ensures payroll processes are carried out in accordance with IATF and SOX requirements
Leads reconciliation of payroll calculations and payments with legal regulations
Monitors, applies and ensures compliance with valid and relevant internal procedures and general company policies
Key skills and Qualifications:
VI/VII level of education in Economics
Minimum 1 year of work experience on similar position
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Intermediate level of English
Precision, responsibility, and analytical approach to work
