We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for processing payroll for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues. Responsibilities:
Process weekly/bi-weekly/monthly payroll for assigned client accounts using QuickBooks and/or Pensoft payroll software Communicate with clients to ensure timely receipt of records and information Maintain accurate payroll records and reports Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll tax laws and regulations Process tax reports and make tax payments on behalf of clients Process and file quarterly payroll and tax reports Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-client payroll processing role (Required) Multi-State, Oregon + Washington experience Highly Preferred Proven experience with Quickbooks and Pensoft payroll software (Preferred) Strong understanding of payroll tax principles and calculations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Tax Preparation experience preferred Benefits:
