Overview
The Human Resources Manager is often the first person you meet when joining a new organization and often becomes an employee’s first friend at the organization. Our managers greet each person, candidate, employee, client and vendor in a courteous, informative and helpful manner. The Human Resources Manager contributes significantly to the mission and is directly involved with the continued growth of the organization. Responsibilities
Support director(s), managers, supervisors and employees regarding policies, procedures, benefits, recruiting, training and employee relations throughout the Southern Bureau. Advise managers, supervisors and employees on conduct, performance, conflict resolution, retention and other related programs. Hear all sides of an issue, demonstrate calmness, handle group communication effectively, establish credibility, conduct research/investigations when necessary and always apply good judgment to any situation. Plan and execute new hire orientations; contribute to employee relations programs along with the Director of Human Resources; oversee employee records (hires, promotions, transfers, career development enhancements and terminations) as necessary.
