Business Development Center (BDC) Service Coordinators deliver exceptional customer service daily, handling customer inquiries and service appointment requests professionally and friendly. They develop knowledge of services and products through extensive training provided by McGeorge Toyota. Responsibilities include: Responding to inbound service inquiries via phone, text, and email. Scheduling service appointments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Listening actively and translating customer needs into service opportunities. Resolving or escalating customer concerns appropriately. Facilitating parts ordering and transportation when necessary. Supporting both Service and Sales Departments with other tasks as assigned. Qualifications

Customer service, sales, telemarketing, or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office. High School diploma or equivalent. We offer a great work environment and an excellent benefits package.
