Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition (TA) and the Workday HRIS team, ensuring alignment of recruiting processes with system capabilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Monitor and enhance recruiting workflows, business processes, and user experience within Workday Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for data integrity and compliance across TA systems Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within TA systems What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Minimum of three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and TA operations, including sourcing and recruitment marketing Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and expertise in CRM technologies Strong understanding of business processes and systems thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Workday certification in Recruiting or Reporting Experience in healthcare or integrated delivery systems Familiarity with AI tools or automation in recruiting (e.g., HiredScore, Paradox) Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
