Are you looking to combine your passion for Tennis and travel experiences with your customer service skills? LoveSetMatch Tennis Foundation is looking for experienced social media experts to join our Support team in Los Angeles. You'll manage social media inquiries on the various platforms and channels that LoveSetMatch Tennis serves. You'll ensure that the social media experience is elevated through rapid response times, personalization, and reaching the best possible outcome every time. You will act as the voice of the organization and are always thinking about how to get ahead of the supporters needs rather than just resolving them. You will help with outreach using platforms like YouTube and Instagram as we develop new channels to share the great work of our organization. Responsibilities
Manage social media inquiries on the organization’s platforms with rapid response times and personalized interactions. Act as the voice of LoveSetMatch, anticipating supporters’ needs and driving positive outcomes. Develop and implement outreach strategies on emerging channels (e.g., YouTube, Instagram) as we expand our presence and share the organization’s work. Qualifications
