We have existing realtor and builder relationships that help bridge the lead gap and provide a foundation of success. The CMG platform is proven with Top Producers ranked across the state of Texas. Builder focused, with programs to stand out from the competition. Responsibilities
Work with clients who prefer Spanish as their primary language. Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and home equity loans. Manage customers through the entire loan process, from data collection and analysis through loan conclusion while maintaining positive customer relationships. Present the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products to determine the best option for each customer’s financial situation. Set proper customer expectations and provide timely updates to ensure a positive customer experience. Willing to learn and promote CMG Exclusive Loan Products to Builder and Realtors in the local market. Examples include the All-In-One, Builder Forward and Homefundit. A minimum of 2 years of current mortgage origination experience with a proven track record of success. An active NMLS license required. Strong relationship-building skills. Familiarity with current lending regulations. Must be self-motivated and have an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. High integrity and confidentiality required.
