Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client for an immediate hire of a
Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant
to work
HYBRID
and based out of
Westborough MA . This position supports the Chief Human Resource Officer and Group Chief Legal Officer. Position is expected to run through the end of the year but has potential to convert to a permanent role.
Ideal start date is September 22nd. Salary:
Up to $39 per hour Hybrid Schedule:
Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm, 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home Responsibilities
Proactive calendar management for executive’s calendar and contacts Act as the liaison between the CLO, CHRO and the Managers for scheduling meetings with internal and external attendees Type and distribute meeting notes and draft letters, mail, and email correspondence Arrange travel, answer phones and take and relay voice mail and email messages Prepare and maintain expense reports, including coding, providing receipts Assist with On-boarding employees, receiving laptops, software, etc. Create/Maintain Team Organization Charts Organize, coordinate and budget for departmental outings/events Expenses, travel, filing, presentation preparation and copying, as needed Preparation of Quarterly Board of Directors material Provide back up to other Executive Assistants, when needed Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience Experience in HR or Legal department is a plus but not required Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Adobe Acrobat experience a plus. Strong communications, time management, and customer service skills Seniority level
