Responsible for the data entry of all payroll related functions utilizing UKG Now for servicing all regular, full time, and part time employees, both exempt and non-exempt. This person is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate input into the payroll system, including setting up all new hires within UKG to produce accurate and timely bi-weekly payments. Responsibilities

Processing of biweekly payroll through UKG for all associates and issuing paychecks/direct deposits to bank accounts in an accurate and timely manner. Completes timecard import and validation processes. Validates new hire setup in payroll systems. Processing court ordered deductions (e.g., child support), as required by law. Processing Terminations / final paychecks according to state guidelines. Processing separate sales commission runs and quarterly bonus runs as applicable. Processing and reporting of all employee benefits deductions, in compliance with tax laws, federal/state regulations, and company policy. Processing of annual W-2 Wage and Tax statements for applicable current and former employees as required by law. Knowledge of FLSA and DOL laws related to payroll. Run BI reports as required. Provide requested Audit information in a timely manner. Maintain monthly payroll metrics. Support tax reconciliation, state notices, and setup within UKG. Provide training to new hires and managers related to timecards and payroll policies. Support Finance team with various tasks including expense report audits, journal entries, audit-related activities, and other duties as necessary. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of UKG processing payroll. Customer-friendly; ability to communicate with all levels of employees, from non-exempt to executive management. Ability to be a team player, including fostering a cooperative work environment with all departments. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Must be detail-oriented and perform mid-level analysis. Ability to meet deadlines and perform under stressful conditions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6+ years processing payroll. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field. 3+ years using UKG (including PRO and Workforce Management – not UltiPro). Experience with multi-state payroll processing, including compliance with varying state regulations. Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment. Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel. Salary and Benefits
