Overview

The Payroll/HR Coordinator's main goal is to process payroll and maintain employee records. They will aid with and facilitate the human resource and payroll processes for Paynada. Responsibilities

Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; including all types of compensation Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, etc. Reconciles payroll to the general ledger Issues, or reissues, physical or replacement checks or direct deposits due to payroll errors or employment termination Records and processes federal and state payroll tax deposits as needed Stay updated on payroll and HR law Complete employment verification for new hires (I-9) and maintain employee files Assist with processing new hires and terminations Assist with recruiting coordination and calling candidates that have applied for roles Maintain accurate employee and contractor notes and records in HRIS/CRM systems (ADP WorkforceNow and ADPWorkMarket) Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage day in a remote environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with ADP WorkforceNow required Basic understanding of payment processing systems and merchant services preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle payroll experience, preferably in financial services industry Minimum of 2-3 years of experience processing commission payments Minimum of 1-2 years working in human resources position Salary range for this role is $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually (hourly, non-exempt position).
