Must-haves:
3+ years of recruiting experience
Experience sourcing and screening to support all corporate roles (engineering HR/finance/legal, brand marketing, some tech—software engineer, product design, etc.)
Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter
Expectation of 25 interviews a week and spending 10 hours of sourcing per week is expected
Plusses:
Greenhouse experience is preferred
Day-to-Day We are seeking a skilled and driven Customer Experience Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and screening talent across a wide range of corporate functions, including engineering, HR, finance, legal, brand marketing, and select technical roles such as software engineering and product design. This role requires a high level of candidate ownership and a strong sense of urgency, with an expectation of conducting approximately 25 interviews per week and dedicating at least 10 hours weekly to proactive sourcing.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred, and proficiency in using various recruiting platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter is required. We place a strong emphasis on the quality and intentionality of resume submissions, and are looking for someone who is thoughtful and strategic in their approach to talent acquisition.
