Job Description Summary: We\'re seeking an HR Generalist with a strong background in recruiting to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you\'ll at least 50% of the time sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help build high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting while also supporting broader HR functions.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communications.

Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.

Maintain metrics and reporting related to recruiting activity and outcomes.

Secondary Responsibilities

Support employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance as needed.

Assist with HR related activities such as employee events, employee relations, training/onboarding coordination, and performance management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (2+ years preferred).

Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

HR Generalist experience a plus

Required Experience

1-3 years experience in a similar role

Previous experience in a Human Resources "Generalist" role in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset

Previous experience supporting multiple business groups or sites is an asset

Experience with ADP Workforce Now, and/or Workday HRIS preferred

Education

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (Industrial Relations), or similar field from an accredited college/university

A PHR or SHRM certification preferred

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $70,600 to $90,000 USD. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company\'s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year and 10 paid holidays. Employees may participate in the Company\'s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, and are eligible to enroll in the Company\'s 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (ITAR and EAR). To be qualified to work in this facility, a U.S. Person must be able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license from the relevant government agency.
