Senior Total Rewards Specialist

to design, administer, and elevate our benefits, compensation, and recognition programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent. In this role, you’ll ensure our total rewards offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with our culture and strategic goals — all while providing HR with insights that drive smart, data-based decisions. Location:

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity between our Home Office in Enumclaw, WA, and remotely. Candidate must live within driving distance of our Home Office and have high-speed internet. Hiring Range:

$95,700 - $106,800 Salary Range:

$95,700 - $118,900 Note:

The hiring range represents Mutual of Enumclaw’s current hiring pay scale for this role. Mutual of Enumclaw reserves the right to modify or update this range any time. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Compensation is one part of our total rewards package. What You’ll Do

Shape Benefits Strategy:

Partner with HR leaders to refine and enhance benefits programs, drive wellness initiatives, and lead open enrollment. Compensation Excellence:

Benchmark pay, administer salary structures, and collaborate with leaders on role alignment and incentive design. Recognition & Engagement:

Manage recognition programs that celebrate employees and strengthen company culture. Data-Driven Insights:

Lead audits, reporting, and analytics to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Compliance Leadership:

Stay ahead of evolving federal, state, and local regulations to protect the company and support employees. What We’re Looking For

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); 5–7 years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards. Technical Skills:

Strong with HRIS, payroll systems, and data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards, reporting platforms). Strengths:

Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator who can explain complex concepts clearly. Certifications:

CBP, CCP, or similar credentials are a plus. Mindset:
