HR Business Partnering: Provide Human Resource leadership as a member of the leadership teams at the assigned business unit/location/function. Develop and implement people and organization strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved. Consult on business issues and represent business needs when setting HR priorities. Deliver proactive, innovative, and customer-oriented HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Partner with local HR in other Mosaic geographies to understand legal/employment requirements and deliver global HR solutions. Talent Management: Support hiring requests with talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, organizational structure, and staffing plans. Manage selection and onboarding processes and deployment. Forecast resource requirements and skills to support strategic objectives and close gaps. HR Programs and Services: Lead HR services for the assigned location/function/business unit. Execute enterprise-wide and unit-specific HR initiatives including change management, talent management, leadership development, career management, training, performance management, compensation, compliance, and communications. Lead HR-related projects and coordinate with COEs and Shared Services to drive HR processes (salary planning, benefits, talent development, workforce planning). Promote open, inclusive culture and employee engagement aligned with Mosaic’s mission and strategic priorities. Manage labor relations as applicable. Employee and Labor Relations: Manage labor relations programs, dialogues with employee and union leadership, grievances, contract negotiations, arbitrations, and employee relations issues. Provide credible guidance to management on interpretation of labor contracts and issue resolution. People Leadership: Develop and coach employees to retain and grow talent. Provide work direction, timely feedback, and support career development. Manage performance when necessary. What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of HR or related experience Employment laws and practices experience Change management experience HRIS experience HR Expertise with ability to develop, maintain, and execute HR policies and practices aligned with the organizational mission Digital mindset and data-driven analytics Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Familiarity with modern HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and related tools (e.g., PowerBI) preferred English Advanced What’s In It For You
