We are seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team at BS&A Software. Human Resources Coordination — Maintain accurate employee files and HR database; Coordinate HR-related events; Assist in compliance tracking and HR reporting; Assist with other duties as assigned. Recruiting Support — Coordinate interviews by scheduling across time zones; Assist Recruiter in candidate outreach; Partner with Recruiter to track key metrics (turnover, retention, time to fill) and provide insights on improvements. Administrative & Team Support — Manage calendars for the Human Resources Business Partner and prepare agendas/materials for HR team discussions; Provide administrative support to employees; Contribute to process improvement projects and streamline HR workflows; Draft internal emails, announcements, and communications to keep employees informed; Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality. General Support — Provide flexible assistance across the HR and Recruiting teams as business needs evolve, stepping in to support other projects or tasks as required. Qualifications

1-2 years of experience within Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage stress & anxiety in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates, employees and managers Other Information

This role will be hybrid after the initial training period with in-office flexibility thereafter This is an hourly nonexempt role Benefits
