Our Sales Enablement team is seeking a dynamic Sales Coach to elevate the performance of Egnyte’s new logo direct sales team. This senior individual contributor will serve as a trusted advisor to sales reps and frontline managers—helping them sharpen their skills, adopt proven behaviors, and apply sales tools effectively. Partnering closely with executives and the global enablement team, this role is critical to scaling our sales operations and driving attainment of revenue targets. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Monitor rep performance to identify strengths, gaps, and patterns; design and deliver targeted coaching that reinforces winning behaviors. Coach both sales reps and frontline managers on skills, behaviors, methodologies (SPICED preferred), tools, and product knowledge. Collaborate with the Product Enablement Manager, Onboarding Manager, and subject matter experts to build, deploy, and measure enablement programs. Leverage global knowledge assets and tailor them to regional and team-specific needs. Proactively identify enablement opportunities and recommend data-driven interventions that accelerate revenue growth. Manage and communicate your enablement program portfolio, including progress updates, success metrics, and program calendars. Serve as a visible partner with sales leadership and executives on enablement priorities. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

3–5 years of sales leadership experience (preferably SaaS) or 5–7 years of SaaS sales experience. Prior enablement or coaching experience preferred. Deep familiarity with sales methodologies (SPICED preferred; MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar also valuable). Exceptional communication skills—able to inspire confidence, engage an audience, and drive change through training and coaching. Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable coaching strategies. Strategic thinker who can balance long-term priorities with short-term execution. Ability to travel up to 15%. COMPENSATION:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $130k - $150k annually. BENEFITS:
