We are seeking a skilled and proactive Fabric Support Lead to provide advanced technical support and guidance for Microsoft Fabric solutions. This role involves supporting data engineering, data science, and data warehousing components, while ensuring optimal performance, integration, and user enablement across the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure services, data pipeline management, and troubleshooting complex data workflows. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Fabric components including Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Warehousing. Lead onboarding efforts, assisting business and engineering teams in deploying use cases on Microsoft Fabric. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to data integration, pipeline management, Power BI, and other Fabric components. Perform performance tuning, optimization, and technical enhancements for Microsoft Fabric solutions. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Microsoft Fabric, advising teams on best practices and platform utilization. Guide architectural decisions, implementation strategies, and integration solutions. Conduct deep-dive analyses of data workflows and recommend optimizations. Collaborate with internal teams to report bugs, request enhancements, and provide feedback for product improvement. Contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and technical articles to support internal teams. Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps. Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline management. Familiarity with Azure data storage solutions such as Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Cosmos DB. Experience with batch and stream processing, and strong SQL skills. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or PowerShell for troubleshooting and automation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications
