Responsibilities
Lead design, modeling, and optimization of heat exchangers and immersion-cooled systems
Conduct thermal and fluid flow simulations (CFD, FEA) to guide product development
Develop and test control strategies and integrate sensors for real-world applications
Drive experimental validation and continuous product improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability, performance, and customer alignment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal/Fluid Sciences, or related (Master’s preferred)
5–7 years in thermal management or cooling system product development
Experience with CFD/FEA simulations and CAD design
Hands-on lab experience, sensor integration, and control systems knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and leadership ability
