A leading medical device company is seeking a
Principal Engineer
to join its
Disposables R&D team , supporting new product development for Class II/III disposable devices.
What You'll Do
Lead or support cross-functional NPD projects
Translate user needs into product requirements
Solve engineering challenges using tools like dFMEA, CAD, and statistical software
Develop and validate test methods, prototypes, and documentation
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and design control standards
What You Bring
BS/MS in Mechanical, Plastics, or Biomedical Engineering
3-5 years in disposable medical device development
Experience with plastics processing (e.g., injection molding, bonding, sterilization)
Familiarity with CAD tools (Creo/SolidWorks), DFSS, and risk management standards
